SebRx may collect information you provide directly, including account details if accounts are used, ingredient scans or logs you choose to save, and messages you send to support. SebRx may also automatically collect limited technical information such as device type, operating system, general app usage analytics, and crash or performance diagnostics.
Information is used to operate and improve SebRx features, provide ingredient and pattern analysis, maintain performance and reliability, provide customer support, and improve AI analysis quality over time.
SebRx provides informational analysis only. SebRx does not provide medical advice, medical diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Users should always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns.
Subscriptions and payments are processed through Apple’s App Store billing system. SebRx does not store or process payment details. Apple manages billing, subscription renewals, and refunds.
SebRx may use trusted third party services to operate the app, including Apple for payments, RevenueCat for subscription management, cloud hosting providers for infrastructure, and analytics providers for performance monitoring. These providers only process data required to provide their services.
SebRx uses reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect user data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
SebRx retains information only as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal requirements, and resolve disputes.
SebRx is not intended for users under 13 years of age.
SebRx may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.

Terms of Service & Subscription
By downloading or using SebRx, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
SebRx is an informational awareness tool designed to help users identify potential ingredient triggers related to scalp health. SebRx is not a medical product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
SebRx does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.
SebRx offers auto renewing subscription plans. Subscription options and pricing are displayed inside the app and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account when you confirm purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Subscriptions can be managed or canceled through Apple ID subscription settings on your device.
All payments and refunds are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and managing your subscription settings.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass subscriptions, reverse engineer the app, or interfere with service operation.
SebRx may modify features, pricing, or service availability at any time.
SebRx is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. SebRx is not responsible for health outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions.
SebRx may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
SebRx may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app means you accept updated Terms.
SebRx offers auto-renewing subscriptions including a monthly subscription billed every month and an annual subscription billed once per year. Pricing is displayed inside the app before purchase.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
